Various unnamed Altruist Pilgrim's (named Pilgrim) can sometimes be found when entering and eliminating the "Boss" creatures in Roving Encounters.
An Altruist Pilgrim can appear after you complete the wave battle in a Roving Encounter. If you offer to help, the Ecology Researcher will give you a Prayer Card. If you give the Card to a Altruist Monk, you will be rewarded with gold, experience points, and a Necklace of Civility, Common.
