These shrines can be placed as decoration in a Lot, House, Basement, Dungeon, or Player Owned Town.
It provides a +15 Death Magic Attunement Shrine Blessing that lasts for 3 days. The blessings is obtained by standing on the base of the shrine.
This is one of the 9 Shrines of Attunement that offer an attunement blessing. The avatar can have a maximum of 2 different Shrine Blessings active at a time.
