Masterwork Blacksmithing Upgrade

Recipe

This recipe improves the Blacksmithing Masterwork Proficiency, Masterwork Blade Weapon Proficiency, Masterwork Chain Armor Proficiency, Masterwork Plate Armor Proficiency and Masterwork Shield Proficiency skills. It also provides additional masterworking bonus options.
