A lot (also known as a property) is a portion of land or water within a town on which a Property Marker has been placed.
These lots can be claimed by players using an appropriately sized Lot Deed (certain restrictions apply). After a player has claimed the lot, they can place Decorations on it.
- For details on claiming a lot and placing a house on a lot, see Lot Deed.
- For details on placing a basement on a lot, see Basement.
- For details on placing a dungeon on a lot, see Player Dungeon.
- For details on decorating a lot, see Decoration.
There are several lot sizes (listed from smallest to largest):
Each Holdfast, Village, Town, City, or Metropolis in the game will have a mix of lot sizes available.
The larger the habitation, the larger the number of lots and the greater percentage of bigger lots available. For example, a Metropolis will have the greatest number of lots and the highest percentage of City-sized lots[1].
