Template:Under Construction Template:Infobox Item Row lots are located in almost every village, town, and city across New Britannia. Property Deeds are restricted to which specific type of Town they can be used in. Property Deeds with a PA (Place Anywhere) name can be placed in any Town in New Britannia. Property Deeds with a POT (Player Owned Town) name can only be used in a Player Owned Town or Player Run Town.
All Row Lots come with a default house that can be changed at any time. Purchasing a Row Lot Deed on the Crown Shop will include a Wood & Plaster 2-Story Row House.
This Property Deed can be used to claim a Row-size lot. Row lots measure 10 x 15 meters.
-Row Houses take up the entire Row House Lot. In most cases this leaves absolutely no room for any exterior decorations. A few Row Houses have a very small amount of room in the front for a few small decorations. Please check carefully before purchasing any exterior decorations.
Row Lot Deed has several different types that can be obtained in game or purchased from the Crown Shop:
The above Property Deeds can be further upgraded in game, by placing the Property Deed in your player inventory, and then right clicking on the Property Deed. This will display various Lot Deed Upgrade options. The Row Lot Sized Deed can be upgraded to the following Row Lot Sized Deeds:
NOTE: This property deed is for land-based lots only, and cannot be used to claim water lots.
NOTE: A lot claimed with a Taxed deed will require monthly payment of a tax (payable in gold and/or crowns) in order to maintain the claim on the lot. Failure to pay taxes will cause the lot to be unclaimed. If this happens, the lot deed and any items on the lot will be returned to their owners.
