Property Deeds are restricted to which specific type of Town they can be used in. Property Deeds with a PA (Place Anywhere) name can be placed in any Town in New Britannia. Property Deeds with a POT (Player Owned Town) name can only be used in a Player Owned Town or Player Run Town.
