Town Lot Deed is a taxable deed for a traditional Town-size housing lot. Town lots measure 30 by 40 meters.[1]
Release 62 documented deed upgrades and a historical Town-lot tax reduction, but those 2019 values should not be assumed current without an in-game check.[2]
