Purpose

Usage
The query supplies 1 icon, 2 item name, 3 page name, 4 durability, 5 weight, and 6 sale value. The named userparam value carries the optional quantity. The result is a table row with the linked item and formatted durability, weight, and gold price.
Use the parent query rather than calling this row fragment directly. Its positional fields must remain aligned with every query that selects it as its result template.
