Purpose
This template converts a real-world timestamp into the time-of-day format used in New Britannia. Its implemented scale is one New Britannian minute for every 2.5 real seconds, or one full New Britannian day per real hour.
The calculation has been verified against fixed timestamps, but its synchronization with the current game client has not been independently confirmed.
