Purpose
This internal query-format template turns semantic item fields into an icon and linked item name. It is used by templates such as Template:Bundlebox rather than called directly in articles.

Usage note
The parameter order matches the fields returned by the Semantic MediaWiki query in Template:Bundlebox. Manual article use is discouraged because the output assumes that query result order.
