Purpose
This internal result template formats one item-variation row for queries such as Template:Query item variation and Template:Query effect grid listing. It displays the icon, linked item identity, and as many as six effects.
Usage
The template is a Semantic MediaWiki result formatter, not an ordinary article template. Its positional fields are supplied in this order:

Removed items are shown with a strike-through. If a parent query adds, removes, or reorders a printout, update this template and the corresponding table header together.
