Purpose
This infobox summarizes a book, story, poem, or similar work in the Library namespace. It records publication details, contributors, original-publication information, and series navigation.

Parameters
| Parameter | Required | Explanation |

title
|
No | Italicized title displayed at the top of the infobox. Defaults to the page name. |
image
|
No | Cover filename. When omitted, the template looks for a page-derived filename with colons and slashes replaced by hyphens and _cover.png appended. A cover is displayed only when the file exists.

image_size
|
No | Cover width in pixels. Defaults to 300.
|
caption
|
No | Caption displayed beneath the detected cover. |
author
|
No | Author name, linked to the corresponding User page. An omitted value displays Unknown. |
publication
|
No | SotAwiki or in-game publication context. Defaults to Pending Publication. |
published
|
No | Publication date or release. The row appears only when a value is supplied. |
genre
|
No | Genre displayed and stored in Has book genre. When series is supplied, the genre row also displays “(series).”

pages

No | Page count. The row appears only when a value is supplied. |
illustrator

No | Illustrator name, linked to the corresponding User page. |

No | Next work in the series, linked in the Library namespace. It is displayed only when series is supplied.

Image and link behavior
The cover is stored in Has image when the selected file exists. The template additionally stores Has picture only when image is explicitly supplied. Author, illustrator, and translator values always target User pages; series and sequence values always target Library pages.
Use the exact username and Library page title expected by those links. Keep external original-publication links in publication_orig rather than placing them in the series fields.
