Purpose This template transcludes an excerpt from another page through the Excerpt Lua module. It follows the standard MediaWiki-style excerpt interface; Sotawiki's separate Template:Excerpt is tailored to openings of books in the Library namespace. Usage {{ExcerptStd |article=Page name |section=Section name }} Parameters Parameter Aliases Explanation article page, 1 Page to excerpt. If more than one alias is supplied, article takes precedence over page, which takes precedence over positional parameter 1. section fragment, 2 Optional section or fragment to excerpt. section takes precedence over fragment, which takes precedence over positional parameter 2.
