Template:Eternal Patterns

Eternal Patterns are items that are used in the crafting system to reshape the visuals of an existing item while preserving the functionality and data associated with that item. You can make exactly one item at a time from an Eternal Pattern. You can make exactly one item at a time from an eternal pattern. An Eternal Pattern can be removed with a Pattern Remover by salvaging the item or if the item cannot be salvaged use a Pattern Remover item.
PurposeThis parameterless formatting template inserts the standard explanatory paragraph about Eternal Patterns and removing them from reshaped items. Usage{{Eternal Patterns}}
Legacy wordingThe current output repeats the “one item at a time” sentence and contains older Pattern Remover wording with a struck-out phrase. Documentation records that behavior without reproducing the full paragraph. Editors should not use the template as independent evidence of current salvaging mechanics. See Heraldry Storage Chest Eternal Pattern for an established use.
