Template:ContinentID

Template documentation (for the above template, sometimes hidden or invisible)

Purpose This helper converts a supported continent name to the numeric identifier used by legacy map templates. Usage {{ContinentID|Novia}} {{ContinentID|Hidden Vale}} Parameters and output Parameter Input Output 1 Novia, omitted, or any unrecognized value 1 1 Hidden Vale 2 The comparison is exact. An unknown value silently returns 1; this template therefore does not validate continent names. Use only the supported values unless the helper and every consumer are deliberately expanded together.
