I turned in an Amulet of Testimony to Trygve, who gave me a meager reward. He suggested I should talk to the guards of Tanglemire again tomorrow because they might have more work for me.

• After completing this quest by saying the keyword spirit wheel to any Guard, they will hand you a Spirit Wheel Bone which you can attach to any Spirit Wheel. Then speak to any Guard and say spirit wheel to obtain the Tanglemire Amulet of Testimony.
