Mandrake Root
Mandrake Root is an Alchemy and Reagent resource. It can harvested in scenes from a Mandrake Plant using the Foraging skill, grown as a crop from a Mandrake Plant Seed, with the Agriculture skill or it can be purchased.
A source of power for high level spells, it is gathered with a sickle. A mandrake is the root of a plant, historically derived either from plants of the genus Mandragora found in the Mediterranean region, or from other species, such as Bryonia alba, the English mandrake, which have similar properties. The plants from which the root is obtained are also called "mandrakes".
