Summon Ice Elemental

Template:Infobox Skill This elemental can do damage to oppnents. If you have water specialization, the ice elemental can apply a slowing debuff on the target (-0.2% Move Rate on the target per each level of Water Magic Specialization. If your water specialization is zero (unlearned), the the debuff has no effect on the target (no change in target's move rate).

Effect

• Increasing Summon Ice Elemental level lowers the focus cost and fizzle chance.
• Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
