Village Full Water Property Marker is a Property Marker decoration item that can be used by a Governor or Steward to place a Lot within a Player Owned Town. A Village Full Water Property Marker creates a Village lot. When placed, this will use up 600 of your Lot Square Feet in a Player Owned Town.
