Where Found

Obtained from solving the puzzle in Elysium Mines, and then completing the wave battle inside the Lost Brother's Palace of Elysium Mines. This will open the Blessing of Maintenance and you will the Banner in a chest inside one of the sarcophagi. This item will appear as a bag in your inventory. You will need to right-click on it and use it to obtain the Banner.
