Where Found
Ring of Death, Common can be obtained by completing one of the Daily Quests for Timothy the Enchanter and has a chance to drop as loot from defeated Skeleton Mage creatures.
Crafting
Template:Salvage The Imbued Jewel of Death Touch can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
