Village Full Water Property Marker can be used by a Governor or Seward to place lots within a Player Owned Town. A Village Full Water Property Marker creates a Village lot. This Property Marker can be placed on any water area that is large enough to place it, and will add a dock in the water. When placed, this will use up 600 of your Lot Square Feet in a Player Owned Town.
