Public Vendor

Public Vendors are NPC vendors that charge 10% commission after they've sold an item you've listed.. Public Vendors are located in most towns, such as Ardoris, Kingsport, Owl's Head, Solania, and Central Brittany. Crafted items listed on a Public Vendor that do not sell within 7 days can appear as loot drops.

"You can place any item for sale with me, set a price for it to be sold, and for a small up-fron fee (10% of the sale value, plus 10 gold) I will sell it for you for up to 7 days (or until you cancel the sale.) Once an item is sold, i will send the proceeds to your bank here. If an item does not sell within 7 days, I will sell the item to a local merchant here for you as a courtesy, at the going merchant rate, and send the money from that sale to your bank. As a public vendor, I do have some limits o what I can keep for sale - I can stock 5 items per player and 200 items in total. I can only hold so much! Eventually, if you own your own property, you will be able to hire your own vendors which will not have these restrictions."
