The Blackblade Foothills is an arid area in the South Paladis region directly southwest of Nightshade Pass.

Blackblade Foothills is home to a caravan of restless nomads, Kobold prospectors, groups of scorpions, and frequent but powerful dust devils.

Kobold prospectors have recently begun investigating the ore rich mesas in the area and sometimes come into conflict with the caravans that stop at the nearby oasis.
