The Crags is located in Quel, southeast of Etceter.
The Crags includes an Obsidian citadel which is occupied by Satyr looters, and an undead horde, which has been raised by the Satyrs through their meddling in obsidian magic. The scene also includes a small hamlet, a battlefield where the undead make their siege of the citadel, a mine, and a sewer system which runs underneath the citadel.[1]
