Unique Characteristics and Loot in this Zone
- Recipes to socket imbued gems and jewels - this is the only zone in which these recipes drop as loot. These recipes drop as loot from the Elves, with the highest chance to drop from the Obsidian Watch Commander.
Quests
Deliver Package to Prisoner & Deliver note to Middleman - this two part Daily Quest can be started by talking to Max (Middleman), who is at the North entrance/exit of The Obsidian Panopticon.
