Vendor is a specific NPC type that sells merchandise.
There are three specific categories of Vendor:
- Player Vendor - owned and managed by players (only owners or players with permission can list items for sale)
- Public Vendor - NPCs on which any player can list items for sale.
- Merchant Vendor - NPCs whose items for sale are not controlled by players.
