Player Run Town are various towns that are accessible from the World Map. These towns will not list any owner and is maintained by Catnip Games.
- On the World Map these towns are labeled "Town". They will not have a Location Name shown above them.
- Despite the type of these towns, Players have no effect at all in running the town.
- Lots in these towns can be claimed with either a Player Owned Town or a Place Anywhere Property Deed.
These types of towns are specifically set up to allow players to claim any available Lot with a Property Deed. Speaking to a Town Crier in any Player Run Town will show a listing of all available lots in the town currently.
Most all Player Run Towns have only Village, Town and City sized lots within them to claim. Only a few towns have Row sized lots available to claim (Snell's Bend and Endurance).
