Player Run Town are various towns that are accessible from the Overland Map. These towns will not list any owner and is maintained by Catnip Games.
- On the Overland Map these towns are labeled "Town". They will not have a Location Name shown above them.
- Despite the type of these towns, Players have no effect at all in running the town.
- Lots in these towns can be claimed with either a Player Owned Town or a Place Anywhere Lot Deed.
These types of towns are specifically set up to allow players to place various Lot Deeds and claim a property within it.
