Masterwork Blacksmithing Upgrade

Recipe

This recipe requires, and improves, the Blacksmithing Masterwork Proficiency skill. The Masterwork Blade Weapon Proficiency, Masterwork Chain Armor Proficiency, Masterwork Plate Armor Proficiency and Masterwork Shield Proficiency skills provide additional masterworking bonus options.
