A lot (also known as a property) is a portion of land or water within a town on which a Property Marker has been placed.
These lots can be claimed by players using an appropriately sized Lot Deed (certain restrictions apply). Once player has claimed the lot, they can place Decorations on it.
- For details on claiming a lot, placing a house/Basement/Dungeon on a lot, see Lot Deed.
- For details on decorating a lot, see Decoration
There are several lot sizes (listed from smallest to largest):
Each Holdfast, Village, Town, City, or Metropolis in the game will have a mix of lot sizes available.
The larger the habitation, the larger the number of lots and the greater percentage of bigger lots available. For example, a Metropolis will have the greatest number of lots and the highest percentage of City-sized lots[1].
