Vendors are NPCs that sell items to the Avatar.

There are three different types of Vendors:

Player Vendor - These can sell player crafted items and merchant vendor items, and are owned by an Avatar.
Public Vendor - These can sell player crafted items and merchant vendor items, and are owned by Catnip Games.
Merchant Vendor - These only sell merchant vendor items, and are owned by Catnip Games.
