Player Owned Town are Towns players can purchase and be placed throughout the lands of New Britannia! You can purchase a Player Owned Town in the Player Owned Town Store on the official website.
The entry level Player Owned Town players can purchase is the Holdfast sized Town. You can however purchase other larger sized towns, or upgrade them with Crowns of the Obsidians by contacting Customer Service.
