Allows you to fish with a fishing pole and bait. Increases range and success chance when fishing in any water type. To begin fishing, use a fishing bait item in your inventory or non-combat bar.
This skill is the top (first) skill in the Fishing Skills tree (in game this skill is called "Fishing", but it represents fishing proficiency). In order to fish in water, you must have this skill learned. For more details, see Fishing.
