If you have Sun Magic Specialization, it also has chance to apply a Damage Avoidance and Dexterity debuff on the enemy (approximately -0.25 Damage Avoidance and -0.2 Dexterity on the target per each additional level of Sun Magic Specialization).

Anya, the Master Sun Trainer, will only teach Summon Phoenix after the player completes her Kill Riei Firefeather and Take Its Feather quest.
Effect[edit]
- Increasing Summon Phoenix level lowers the focus cost and fizzle chance.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
