Vendor is an NPC that sells merchandise.
There are three categories of Vendor:
- Player Vendor - owned and managed by players (only owners or players with permission can list items for sale).
- Public Vendor - not owned by a player; however any player can list items for sale.
- Merchant Vendor - not owned and not managed by players; items for sale are entirely controlled by the game.
