Town ownership includes many amazing benefits: | |||

*Custom Location: We'll work with the town owner to place the town in an acceptable location. Some exclusion zones exist. Please contact us ahead of time if you're not flexible in placement options to ensure your town can be placed in your desired location. | |||
*Template Selection: Forest, Mountains, Grasslands, Swamp, Snowy, etc. | |||
*Custom Music Playlist: Number of songs varies with town size, see the Player's Guide for more information. | |||
*Dynamic Lot Placement: Determine where your residents can claim property lots by placing Row, Village, Town, City, Keep, and Castle property lot markers in flat terrain areas within your town. | |||
*Decorations: There is a VERY wide variety of decoration types available to town owners, and a large amount of items come with every town purchase. A post in our forums includes a list of what is delivered upon initial purchase of your town, but SO many additional items are available to place as decorations. Craftable items! Items you can find while adventuring! Store items! | |||
*Town NPCs: Town owners can place a variety of merchants, bankers, town criers, and other NPCs that residents can interact with. | |||
*NPC Buildings: Town owners can place a variety of pre-decorated buildings--even a Moontower or pile of dragon bones--to enhance their towns. | |||
*Devotionals: Items known as Devotionals provide 1 day buffs to players and vary in power with your town's occupancy! These Devotionals count against your NPC Building limit | |||
*Lights: Town owners can place lighting all through their town to light the way for residents at night time! | |||
*Stewards: Town owners can designate stewards using the town permission system. Stewards have many of the same town management powers that a town owner has, so owners should be careful in choosing their stewards! | |||
