This banner is found [[Elysium Mines]], where you must solve a puzzle and then complete the wave battle inside the [[Lost Brother's Palace]].  This will open the [[Blessings|Blessing of Maintenance]] and open the sarcophagi. You will find the Banner in a chest inside one of the sarcophagi. This item will appear as a bag in your inventory. You will need to right-click on it and use it to obtain the Banner.
