Geof
Geof is one of the refugees that you'll find to your right as soon as you enter Soltown. He requests that you find an iron blade off one of the undead in East Perennial Trail to better help him fight the undead.
Once you exit Soltown you'll head south west to East Perennial Trail. After entering the zone, you'll find skeletons not far down the road near the large stone structure. Make sure when you kill the skeletons that you get an iron blade and not a rusty sword to complete the quest. Almost every skeleton has a rusty sword, but the iron blade is a little more rare, but still drops often.
Once you return to Geof, you'll say "iron blade". You will then give him the blade and he'll reward you with 2500 exp and 200 gold.
PS You might want to do this quest at the same time as Bentley's quest in the Inn. They both send you to East Perennial Trail.
