The small cross-roads village of Whyte Roc overlooks the Bay of Storms near the Etceter Crag Mines, which it relies on for most of its commerce. Many of White Roc's inhabitants spend their days working in the foothills and were comforted by the fact that while the mine is close by, it is still far enough away from the neighboring Kolbold settlement of Etceter that their families can live in relative safety.
