Add this animal spawner to your Player-Owned Town or Basement today! When you place this pile of hay as a decoration, a Blanket Foal appears and roams around the area!
NOTE: This decoration can only be placed in a Basement or in a Player-Owned Town, and only by a Governor or Steward of the town. It cannot be placed on an individual housing lot.
