Summon Air Elemental

This spell summons an Air Elemental. This Magic Summons has a lightning attack (called "Shock") that does damage, with a chance to inflict 2 ticks of damage from a single attack (Note: the additional tick of damage shows as a short-lived, lightning debuff icon under the opponent's health bar).
