Summon Air Elemental

This spell summons an Air Elemental. This Magic Summons has a lightning attack that does damage, with a chance to inflict 2 ticks of damage from a single attack (Note: the additional tick of damage shows as a short-lived debuff icon under the opponent's health bar. This debuff icon is titled "Stun" even though the air elemental does not stun the opponent).
