Summon Water Elemental

This spell summons an Water Elemental. This Magic Summons has an attack that does damage, but it also intermittently heals the summoner.

Effect

• Increasing Summon Water Elemental level lowers the focus cost and fizzle chance.
• Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
