No Trade
"No Trade" is a designation given to items that that cannot be traded or sold (to an NPCs or to other players). These items can only reside in your inventory or stored in your bank (if it is a No Trade Property Deed, it can also be used to claim a [Lot]]). So, "No Trade" items cannot be stored in a non-bank container (such as a chest or bag in your house).
The title text of all No Trade items is green colored. For example, the invenotry window shown below shows on Trade-able item (the Small Elven Tent, whose title test is white), and the rest are No Trade items (whose title text is in green).
The deeds awarded by quests have a "No trade" designation in their name, which means the deed cannot be traded or sold, and it can only reside in your inventory, stored in your bank, or used to claim a lot (i.e. it cannot be stored in a non-bank container). [For all no trade items, the item's name appears in green colored text].
Trade-able deed - If the deed does not have a "No trade" designation, then no restrictions apply when trading, selling, or storing the deed.
