As a monthly reward given to players who subscribe to the Shroud of the Avatar Rewards Program.
Purchased from the Crown Shop.
Purchased from other players or Player Vendors.
The Obsidian Potion of Guidance can also be obtained from a Replenishing Obsidian Potion of Guidance Box once each month.
