Increasing Earth Magic Specialization will increase the knockdown duration and decrease the cast time (see below for details).
Increasing Earth Attunement will increase the damage inflicted by this skill.

Effect of Earth Specialization
Earth Magic Specialization increases the knockdown duration and decreases the cast time of Earthquake. The in-game tool tip for Earthquake does not show the knockdown duration; however, the knockdown duration of Earthquake is the same as the stun duration of Stone Fist. So, you can look at the Stone Fist tool tip to determine the knockdown duration of Earthquake.
The calculation for knockdown duration appears to be:
- Knockdown duration in seconds = 3 + (Earth Specialization Level x 0.0375)
