I found Abtreek, the blacksmith's apprentice. He "borrowed" his mentor's disambiguator without permission and lost it. Abtreek is very distraught and won't leave where he's hiding. He mentioned that, last night, he was at the inn by the Travelers Dock in Grusk. I suspect he dropped the disambiguator inside. I'll go poke around and see if I can find it on a counter or under a table.
