I found several traveler near entrances to Port Harmony and let them know what I really think about this place, just like the minister wanted. By the stars, it's a nice change to have a relaxing "mission" where I don't have to fight anyone. (Hopefully I don't get too comfortable in this effortless role and become as complacent as the fake Avatar wasting time in the inn.) Time to report back to Minister Webb.
