Obsidian Eye
Template:Under Construction Template:Spoiler Template:Infobox The Obsidian Eye is the sorcerer who founded the Obsidian Empire. Little it known of him, not even his original name. He was an orphan in a small village on the River Meino, near Rhun, where he stole the book known as Lamentation of the Fall, although he could not read it at the time. He had a talent for conjuring and shaping magic, and used it to aid farmers and travelers in the village.[1]
After he stole the book, he crossed the Vaughban Mountains into the Grunvald plain, eventually finding the first of the Shard Falls. Over time, he mastered this new magick, and others with the gift came to apprentice to him, eventually growing into the Obsidian Cabal.[1]
From his chamber in The Epitaph located below a fortress in Desolis, he used the Destiny Pool to foretell a prophecy, which he believes meant the world was in chaos, and Obsidian order should return it to order.[2]
